Cancellation Policy

We pour our heart and artistry into every woman who steps into our studio — which is why each session requires a firm commitment to your booked date.

We understand life can be unpredictable — if you need to move your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling:

Your $250 booking fee covers booking your hair and makeup stylist and secures your session with our photographer.

You may reschedule with at least 7 days notice.

Additional reschedules require a new booking fee because last-minute appointments cannot be refilled.

Please note that if you reschedule more than once, cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, or don’t attend your session, your booking fee will be forfeited and the experience will be marked as redeemed.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your session, simply let us know with at least 14 days’ notice, and we’ll refund your booking fee in full.
