Velora Grace Session Reservation

To reserve your session date, a $250 booking deposit is required. This deposit confirms your commitment to your reserved studio time and ensures we allocate our team and makeup artist exclusively for you.

Boudoir Session Experience

Your Velora Grace experience includes:
• Personal consultation to tailor your session vision
• Professional hair & makeup
• Fully guided photoshoot experience
• Private Zoom image reveal and ordering appointment

Session fees cover your time with our creative team and do not include digital or printed products.

Purchased Gift Certificates

Purchasing Gift Certificate for a friend is a beautiful way to share the Velora Grace experience.

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• A $250 booking deposit is required to secure your session date and makeup artist.
• Purchased Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase (booking is made within this time).
• Vouchers cannot be combined or used with any other offer, prize, or promotion.

Complimentary/ Project Gift Certificates

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• A $250 booking deposit is required to secure your session date and makeup artist.
• Project/ Prize Gift Certificate must be booked and redeemed within 14 days of receiving.
• Only one Gift Certificate or promotional experience may be used per client, per year.
• Vouchers cannot be combined or used with any other offer, prize, or promotion.

Delivery of Artwork

All of our fine art products are handcrafted and made to order. Estimated delivery times:
• Fine Art Prints & Wall Portraits: 8-10 weeks
• Luxe Albums: 8–10 weeks

During the holiday season, please allow additional time as our suppliers often close for the holidays.

Reschedules

We pour our heart and artistry into every woman who steps into our studio — which is why each session requires a firm commitment to your booked date.
We understand life can be unpredictable — if you need to move your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your $250 booking fee covers booking your hair and makeup stylist and secures your session with our photographer.

You may reschedule with at least 7 days notice. Additional reschedules require a new booking fee because last-minute appointments cannot be refilled.

Please note that if you reschedule more than once, cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, or don’t attend your session, your booking fee will be forfeited and the experience will be marked as redeemed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your session, simply let us know with at least 14 days’ notice, and we’ll refund your booking fee in full

Order Refunds & Amendments

All artwork and portrait collections are custom-made to order and therefore non-refundable in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We offer a 24-hour amendment period from the time your order is placed — a gesture that goes above and beyond industry standards — allowing you to request adjustments or upgrades to alternate products of equal or greater value.

To request an amendment, please email info@veloragrace.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, all orders proceed into production and cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.

We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and ensuring that your final artwork reflects the highest standards of our studio.

Competitions

Social media giveaways and promotional contests are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram.
Entrants must be 21 years or older and must not have won a Velora Grace competition or prize within the last 12 months.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
